• Enabling Tech competency in Educators by aligning to National Mission on Edn through Info & Comn Tech (ICT).

• Designed concept of “Cl Rooms of the Future” for APSs. Trg modalities in prog for same in TAL Ph-II (Intra schools).

• Trained APPS resource persons for APPS curriculum (UKG/LKG) orientation wksps.

• Aligned BOG directives with CBSE empanelment pgme in FDRC wksps.

• Govt status for affiliation purposes only. Schools will pay Rs 3000/- as fee instead of Rs 25000/-

• TC for students were reqd to be signed by Regional Offr CBSE. Power now vested with Dir Comds wef Sep 2013 easing problems of parents.

• FDRC recognised by CBSE for trg of teachers; will help in ISO cert.

• Principals / Educators being considered for National Awards (Teachers’ Day).

Ongoing efforts to recruit better faculty and get better quality of visiting professors to all colleges.

Colleges directed to get accredition done – Process started.

Admission in ACMS re-commenced AY 2013-14.

PG Courses being introduced in AIL, ACN, AIT and incr in ACDS.

Focus on development of infrastructure.

Colleges have prepared 5 yrs perspective plan - Being discussed in the Annual Meet of Heads of Institutes.

Institutionalised campus placement org in colleges set up.

Placements in colleges improved – Consequent to conf held at FDRC.

Incr emphasis on providing better facilities to students in colleges.

HR summit for mgt colleges & AIT held at Manekshaw centre in Nov 2013.

First ever Head of Colleges mtg at HQ AWES in May 2013 for discussion of academic issues.

First ever Registrars of Colleges mtg at HQ AWES in Mar 2014 for discussion adm issues.

Wi-Fi provided in colleges as well as hostels.

Working hrs of lib in colleges enhanced.
