Aerogramme
Outward Foreign Articles
All articles presented at Field Post Offices and meant for delivery in another country will be examined to see that these are fully prepaid.
In case of outgoing foreign registered parcels, these will be examined to see that: -
For countries other than Nepal and Pakisthan, they are not marked as registered. If any such parcel has this marking, it should be scored out in ink.

They are accompanied by a despatch note in form RP-12 (Optional in case of parcels for addressees in USA and Nepal)

A set of customs declaration form (RP-19) in duplicate duly completed has been attached.

A declaration in RP form in triplicate where applicable has been attached; and

The sender's address is given on the article as follows  without indicating particulars of unit

Aerogramme is a category intended for transmission exclusively by air and no corresponding category in the surface mail.

An Aerogramme consist of sheet of paper suitably folded and gummed.

The maximum size should not exceed 110 x 220 mm. when folded

The minimum size permutable for folded aerogramme is the same as for letters that is i.e. 90 x 140 mm.

An Aerogramme should not weigh more than 3 grams. No enclosures are allowed in an Aerogramme.

An Aerogramme as are subject to combined postage cum Air charges.
